These terms and conditions govern your use of the Wealth Locater website and the recovery services provided by Wealth Locater, a service of Western Press Pvt. Ltd.. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

Wealth Locater assists investors, claimants and their legal heirs in recovering shares and dividends transferred to the IEPF, along with related matters — KYC compliance, duplicate share certificates, bonus & split share recovery, transmission on bereavement, claiming shares from the IEPF, and collecting unclaimed dividends. The scope of any engagement is defined in a written quote and fee agreement provided before work begins.

2. Engagement & documentation

• A recovery commences only after a written contract is signed and the initial expense fee is paid.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents, and to execute a specific power of attorney and supporting papers required by the relevant companies, registrars and authorities.
• You confirm that you are the rightful holder, heir or authorised representative entitled to pursue the holdings in question.

3. Fees

• An upfront fee is payable at the time of execution of the Agreement.
• The balance professional fee is released in two tranches: the first upon receipt of the Entitlement Letter / Letter of Confirmation from the RTA or the Company, and the final tranche upon credit of the shares into the client's demat account.
• Where the appointment of a lawyer is required (for example, to obtain a succession certificate), legal counsel is billed separately by the appointed advocate, in addition to applicable court fees.

4. Disclosure of holdings

On payment of the upfront fee, we disclose the shares of the company that you may be entitled to. This information is confidential and provided solely for the purpose of the engagement.

5. No guarantee of outcome

Recovery depends on the records of companies, registrars, depositories and statutory authorities, and on the completeness of the documentation provided. While we pursue each claim diligently, we do not guarantee any particular outcome or timeline.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wealth Locater's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees received from you for that engagement. We are not liable for delays or refusals on the part of third parties, including companies, registrars and government authorities.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, marks and graphics — belongs to Wealth Locater / Western Press Pvt. Ltd. or its associates and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these terms or our services.
